These terms govern your use of myCPD (mycpd.co.nz andapp.mycpd.co.nz). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

Your account

Access is by invitation. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared.

Content

Episodes, quizzes, transcripts and other materials are provided for your own professional development. They remain the property of myCPD and its contributors and may not be copied, redistributed or resold. Content is general professional education and is not legal advice.

CPD records

myCPD records your listening and quiz activity to help you evidence your CPD. You are responsible for ensuring that activity meets the requirements of your regulator or professional body.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or withdraw content and features, and may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, myCPD is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where it applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
